Look at these two photos. There are some similarities and some differences between them.
- The guy on both photos is supposed to be the same one, but the distance between the photos is almost 9 years.
- The offices are on the same floor of the same building.
- Both have different numbers, but they are in fact the same thing.
- Both have my name on them.
These photos are curious because the first one was taken when I first started my work as a Lecturer at Lancaster University Management School and moved to my own office, while the second one was taken today, when I cleared my office and locked the door, leaving the key on the table. I changed offices three times since 2017, and yet I ended up in the same one I started in. It was not planned like that, it is just a beautiful coincidence.
